Man accused of raping two teens

ST. CLAIR TWP. -- A man suspected of being an illegal immigrant is accused of raping two teen girls in Butler County.
Teodoro Martinez, 37, was indicted today on two counts of rape and two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. He is being held in the Butler County Jail.
The alleged incidents happened at his home here late last year and early this year, involving girls ages 13 and 14, said Assistant Prosecutor Greg Stephens.
Stephens declined to reveal how the allegations came to light and also wouldn't discuss how the girls met Martinez.
Martinez is a native of Mexico whose immigration status is under investigation by U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement, jail officials said.
