BRISTOL -- Federal authorities say 64 people accused of being illegal immigrants have been apprehended in a raid on a business in a Bucks County industrial park. They were taken into custody Tuesday at a business in a warehouse in the Bath Industrial Park.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokesman Mike Gilhooly says 41 Guatemalan women, 14 Guatemalan men, five Mexican women, two Mexican men and two Honduran women were detained. Twenty have been released for humanitarian reasons including child-care concerns.

Gilhooly says those detained will be taken before Immigration Review judges. He refused to release further details of the investigation.

The Bucks County Courier Times reports that a man in the lobby at the site of the raid, F.C. Young and Co., declined to comment.
