Illegals Aren't Immigrants, They're CRIMINALS!!!

Illegals Aren't Immigrants, They're CRIMINALS!!!

We are a nation of laws. This obviously includes illegal aliens who thumb their nose at our laws just by being here. Make no mistake; they are criminals.

I, unlike some, understand this fact. I clearly understand that our ancestors came here in obedience of the laws of the time and upon setting foot in this country, set goals and strove to work together with others to create this great nation.

At least one of my ancestors when arriving announced to his family: We are now Americans! We will speak English from now on! The idea, of course, was that they were proud to be here, wanted to fit in and desired to join in the effort to build this great country.

They were proud to pay their fair share of taxes. Unlike today's illegal aliens, they wanted to be part of the collective effort to make the United States a better country. They didn't ship $17 billion out of the country-they spent their hard earned money right here at home.

It is ignorant to believe that employers who would hire illegal aliens would actually give themselves away to our government by paying the money they withhold as taxes.

It is true that we are a somewhat culturally diverse society, but it is foolish to believe that this diversity should so divide our nation that we cannot speak English as one people. Wasn't it Lincoln that said united we stand, divided we fall?

We must not allow the diversity within society to create factions within our country that divide us in our goals.

And finally, there is every reason that we should discourage illegal immigration. No one is discouraging legal immigration! The United States is forfeiting its power to control diseases that were wiped out years ago within this country by not closing its doors to those who are carrying these diseases to us again. We must know who is coming here and what their intentions are. Our very survival as a nation is at risk.

Go Ahead And Call Me A Racist !

Go Ahead And Call Me A Racist !

Since the elitists in Congress have decided that leadership means running away from hard issues because others may call them names I propose we roll over in honor of their Spinelessness and play along. Go ahead and call me and others like me racist; just make sure to put it into the proper context.

I am a racist because I believe that the path to citizenship in my country has to be earned complete with the civic and social responsibilities that define the concepts of being a good American citizen. Concepts that include a respect for our borders, language and culture.

I am a racist because I believe the long lines that my immigrant grandparents and relatives waited in as specified by the laws of the United States helped protect our country by documenting and screening all potential residents before they stepped foot on our soil.

I am a racist because I believe that citizenship in the United States is reserved for those who want to assimilate into American society in an effort to become part of the melting pot that makes this country great.

I am a racist because I believe that protecting our borders is an obligatory government function as opposed to an ignored thorn in the side of politicians who hope a new underclass will translate to political and personal power sometime in the future.

I am a racist because I believe that our elected officials are Americans first, complete with the obligation to uphold their duty to represent American interests in every way, shape and form.

I am a racist because I believe my American ancestors from all races and religions died in previous and current wars to protect the American way. Their service was not in vain and they gave the ultimate sacrifice to preserve those rights that our forefathers carved out in a uniquely American declaration.

I am a racist because I believe that hastily crafted legislation that is done in the secret of the night and without debate is the antithesis of American democracy. The kind I'd expect from lesser governments that have little regard for the citizens of their nations.

I am a racist because I believe that there are serious questions about the future economic impact this legislation will have on the already decrepit health care, social security and education infrastructures that politicians have failed to fix despite decades of promises by many of the very same people who failed to fix the immigration when given repeated chances to do so.

I am a racist because I think that border enforcement should be a top priority that need not be made more complicated by sucking it into the issue of what to do with the people that are already here in this country illegally. They can be dealt with separately without affecting the other adversely.

Finally, but neither last nor least, I am a racist because I think that stopping the flow of illegal aliens into this country is the single most important issue facing the nation other than the war on terror. Its impact on society is devastatingly dangerous from a security point of view and unsupportable from an economic one.

If standing for any of the items I mentioned above makes me a racist then count me in. Those who want to call names instead of honestly and factually debating the issues unveil the truth behind their motives and underscores the vacuousness of their opposition to those who genuinely oppose the current Senate bill on the merits of the legislation.

If you're not outraged, you're not paying attention !!!

My username is SEAL THE BORDER for a reason: We NEED to seal ALL borders including land, sea, air, etc ...

The Huddled Masses Have To Get In Line And Go Through The Legal Process Just Like EVERYONE Else!!...Round 'em up, Kick 'em out, SEAL THE BORDER!!!

As far as deportation goes, what a joke that is. It's a misdemeanor to cross. It's also a civil crime, does that mean I can sue my illegal alien neighbors?! When an illegal alien gets deported and subsequently returns without permission it's a FELONY punishable by TWENTY years in prison!!! How many times have you seen THAT happen?!!

Life is PRICELESS! Illegal Aliens kill twenty five to thirty people a day, EVERYDAY of EVERY YEAR! Think about it. That's more than the total of American soldiers killed in Iraq since the start of the war!

If you're not outraged, you're not paying attention !!!

EVERY state has an ILLEGAL ALIEN INVASION problem! Those of you who say this is a democrat problem and not a republican problem need to take your blinders off and look around. Name a president, besides President Dwight D. Eisenhower, who has actually done what they said they would do about stopping the flow of illegal aliens! I'm so sick of the BULLSHIT comments about California AND that the democrats are the sole problem here! I don't believe the ILLEGAL ALIEN INVASION is a problem solely based on one political party.

We do NOT need immigration reform, all we NEED is to have the current laws enforced!

Don't get me wrong, I AM A REPUBLICAN AND PROUD OF IT!
